How To Record Great Videos Of Your Computer Screen

Exactly what the title says. I think that the best settings for video (reached by clicking Options -> Video Options) is 50. I think that this setting gives about the right speed and quality... No spyware or viruses, it's just free. I used it to record this video. The sound I recorded using the Sound Recorder, which, if you have windows, is under Accessories -> Entertainment.
